Twin Dragon Woodbridge, Kickboxing & Kung-Fu

"There is so much to say about this extraordinary establishment I don't even know where to begin. It's so important that more people experience what I've experienced here, so I'll do my best to convey my journey as best I can and as briefly as possible. I joined Twin Dragon Woodbridge in October of 2020, and since then, my life has drastically changed. At the time, I was heavily into hot yoga, and as I got into better shape, I wanted something more intense. I loved watching boxing and MMA, and had always wanted to learn a striking art. Kickboxing & Muay Thai looked to be the perfect storm. I began to scout out gyms in the area, but they didn't have what I was looking for. They seemed overly commercialized and had no spirit.
